Learn who we are and how K&J was started
K&J was created in the lunchroom of CB South High School by Kyle Watson and Joe Maloney as a window washing service. After high school both partners stepped away from the business to focus on their studies at Penn State and Bloomsburg. Once coming back from college far more educated than before, a new vision was created. From there, K&J Exterior Cleaning was born. After three years of hands on professional training and experience in the pressure/ soft wash industry, K&J was finally launched. Thanks to the incredible support from the Bucks County Community, K&J Exterior Cleaning has grown into the business both parters have always dreamt of.

At K&J, we're not chasing million-dollar milestones— we're building something a little closer to home. As lifelong Bucks County locals, we see every customer as a neighbor—and we mean that literally.
This community helped us grow from a high school side hustle into a thriving business, and we've never forgotten that. That's why we launched Free Wash Fridays—a small way to give back to the people and places that made K8J possible.
Every Friday, we go to a local gathering space or family in need for a complimentary exterior cleaning—no strings, no fine print. It's our way of saying thank you, paying it forward, and keeping Bucks County looking its best.

My name is Kyle Watson, and I’m the proud co-founder of K&J Exterior Cleaning. Born and raised in Bucks County, PA, I’ve always believed in the value of hard work and taking pride in what you do. Founded in the classrooms of CB South, K&J Exterior Cleaning was started by both me and my best friend Joseph Maloney with a shared vision: to provide top-tier exterior cleaning services with a personal, local touch. What sets us apart is our commitment to going above and beyond for every customer, no matter the size of the job. We’re not just a service—you’ll always see us put dedication in the details because we are your neighbors as well. From pressure/ soft washing to roof and gutter cleaning, we treat every property as if it were our own. My name is Joseph Maloney born and raised right here in Bucks County, PA, I’ve always believed in doing things the right way—with honesty, hard work, and pride in every detail. K&J Exterior Cleaning started as an idea between me and my best friend, Kyle Watson while we were still students at CB South. What began as a classroom idea has grown into a business we're both incredibly proud of. A company built on trust, quality, and community.
