How safe is it?
Our low-pressure Soft Wash system is the safest way of cleaning any roof! Our Roof Wash solution consists of a biodegradable low-concentrated bleach, typically diluted down to no more than 2% or 3% depending on the roof, as well as a specialized cleaner based on the type of material and condition. This alone would never be able to do any harm, but we still spray the property with neutralizers after as a courtesy to our customers.
